Product Description

Usage: Touch screen Paper Cutting Machine is used to cut the printing paper of various kinds, paper products, plastic, thin film, leather, slice of non-ferrous metal, etc.

 

Touch Screen: It adopts 19inch touch screen, 200 groups programming capacity, each of them can store 1000 cuttings' datum of different locations; 0.01 mm position accuracy ; multi language . Cutting records can be downloaded to USB ，The edited program can be downloaded via USB or online ，Local upgrade can be done through USB or online upgrade ，cutting paper planning system
Double Worm Wheel Device: the Worm wheel system adopts the Germany advanced technology. This structure is new in the paper cutting machine market. In china, only our machine’s double worm wheel structure passed the patent. This structure pulls the knife seat fall down from double side. In this way, the cutting will have heavier power and more precise. 
Double Guide Device: the paper pusher adopts double linear guide and roller ball screw.,which can prolong the machine use life, and can bear the high speed paper delivering.
Photo cell: it is equipped with a photo cell safety protection device.
Over load protection device; convenient knife changing device.
Worktable chrome treatment: the worktable and side board surface are all adopted chrome treatment to improve the precision and quality of the machine.
Air ball: air balls are installed in the worktable. The paper sending work will be easy and accurate.
Cutting controller: both hands of the user press the cutting button to operate the machine. 
Electronic knife lock: when the machine is malfunction, the electronic knife lock will lock the knife, and the machine will stop cutting to protect safety.
Safety notice & Glass covers: all the safety notice and direction mark is used to cause the safety attention of the user, and do protection and maintenance in time.( optional)
 

The hydraulic pump adopts Italian Mazda

The Proportion valve adopts American Vickers. 

Main electric device are imported from Germany, French, Japan, etc.

Automatic lubrication system ：the machine body will add lubrication hydraulic by itself .
